Hey I'm Rhea, a graduate student at Georgia Tech studying Human Computer Interaction. Welcome to my portfolio. 

As the medium between humans and technology, user interfaces construct the narrative arc of an experience. Over the past few years, I have explored how to create narratives that are based not on my own assumptions, but on a person’s expectations and behaviour. Building experiences that advance education and leverage a person’s creative abilities has shaped my understanding of what it means to be a human centred designer.

The following work showcases aspects of the full process of user experience design. My background in graphic design has given me a conceptual grounding and love for detail that comes in handy when dealing with the complexities of UX projects. Currently I'm mapping solar energy use in residential homes in Atlanta, and designing data dashboards for the elderly. Scroll down to see some work that I've done in the past.
